\nPurpose of the job<\/p>\n
The Key purpose of the position is to Provide an efficient and effective financial service.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Continuous follow-up of Outstanding Purchase Orders and assure properness of actions taken.<\/p>\n
Ensure the completeness of Goods Receiving Notes and Invoice properly and Timely.
\nEffective in Honoring and Applying the Company’s Policies & Procedures.
\nAccurate and Timely processing of Supplier\u2019s payment according to goods Received \/services rendered and agreed credit terms.
\nAppropriate Management of foreign purchases and related payments.
\nMonthly Reconciliation of Suppliers\u2019 Balance that fall within responsibility and Get confirmation from each supplier.
\nProvide Documents & Other Facilities to Internal & External Auditors.
\nClearing Abnormal Accounts.
\nBeing responsible for proper handling and management of Files with in area of his\/her responsibility.
\nWorking as a Team for Superior Results
\nPerform any other professional and Any ad-hoc duties within reasonable expectations that may be assigned by the Finance Manager and His\/her Immediate Supervisor.<\/p>\n
About You
\nEducation<\/p>\n
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
\nExperience<\/p>\n
Minimum of 4 Years accounting experience in FMCG industry
\nKey Competencies<\/p>\n
Self-Motivation & Determination.
\nGood Understanding of Company\u2019s Policy & Procedures & Most importantly Tax Laws
\nAttention to details and problem solving
\nOutstanding numeracy skills
\nPositive Thinking
\nGood communications and Interpersonal skills.
\nCustomer service focused
\nActive in Team
