\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Commercial Strategy & Business Growth<\/p>\n
Develop and implement annual sales, marketing, and distribution strategies based on market insights and data analysis.
\nDrive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
\nIncrease market share in line with company objectives.
\nIdentify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
\nSales & Distribution Management<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Department, ensuring high performance and accountability.
\nExpand and strengthen relationships with retail customers, including supermarkets, minimarkets, shops, and other key accounts.
\nDevelop and manage distributor networks to maximize market coverage and sales performance.
\nOversee efficient product distribution from factory and\/or warehouse to customers.
\nEnsure effective execution of all sales operations, including planning, administration, reporting, and financial controls.
\nMarketing & Brand Development<\/p>\n
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
\nBuild and strengthen consumer awareness and brand loyalty.
\nMonitor market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments.
\nMeasure, analyze, and report on marketing and sales performance indicators.
\nPlanning & Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
Lead forecasting, sales planning, and demand planning processes.
\nCollaborate closely with Production to ensure effective planning and inventory management.
\nWork with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and commercial performance monitoring.
\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations.
\nLeadership & Team Development<\/p>\n
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the commercial team.
\nFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
\nUndertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management
\nAbout You
\nEducation and Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field. Master’s Degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing within the FMCG sector (food, beverages, snacks, or related industries).
\nAt least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
\nPrevious experience working in a multinational company is mandatory.
\nExperience managing retail sales channels and distributor networks is highly preferred.
