About the Job
\nATS is looking for a dedicated, organized, and proactive\u00a0Canteen Coordinator\u00a0to join our Operations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily canteen operations, ensuring high standards of food service, stock control, hygiene, and customer satisfaction while maintaining ATS operational standards.<\/p>\n
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the canteen and food service facilities.
\nMonitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
\nManage stock control, including stock ordering, stock counts, and minimizing variances and spoilage.
\nSupervise canteen staff and assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation including roaster.
\nCoordinate petty cash records and ensure all supporting documentation is accurate.
\nPrepare daily and monthly operational reports as required.
\nEnsure compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
\nCoordinate with the HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations departments to support smooth site operations.
\nAssist in staff training and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
\nHandle customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
\nPerform any other duties assigned by management.
\nAbout You
\nDegree or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
\nMinimum of\u00a03 Years\u00a0‘ experience\u00a0in food service, catering, hospitality, or canteen operations.
\nGood computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
\nGood communication skills and the ability to speak and understand English.
\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.
\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
\nTrustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
