\nPosition Summary<\/p>\n
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining ROMEL’s visual identity across digital, print, retail, and outdoor advertising platforms. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative skills who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Creative Development<\/p>\n
Ensure consistency of ROMEL’s brand identity across all communication materials.
\nDevelop creative concepts and visual campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
\nLead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
\nCreate innovative visual solutions that differentiate ROMEL from competitors.
\nMarketing & Advertising Materials<\/p>\n
Design brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, and product sheets.
\nDevelop artwork for billboards and outdoor advertising
\nDesign retail visibility materials including:Display stands
\nShelf strips
\nPoint-of-sale materials
\nDealer branding materials
\nCreate exhibition and event branding materials.
\nDigital & Social Media Design<\/p>\n
Design engaging social media content for:Facebook
\nTIKTOK
\nInstagram
\nTelegram
\nLinkedIn
\nYouTube
\nCreate digital advertisements and promotional campaign materials.
\nDevelop animated social media posts and motion graphics.
\nDesign email marketing creatives and website banners.
\nProduct & Packaging Design<\/p>\n
Design product packaging and labeling materials.
\nCreate product launch visuals and promotional assets.
\nDevelop product manuals, installation guides, and technical brochures.
\nPhotography & Video Support<\/p>\n
Direct product photoshoots and creative visual content production.
\nSupport video production through storyboards and graphic elements.
\nEdit images and visual assets for marketing campaigns.
\nTeam Collaboration<\/p>\n
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Management teams.
\nProvide creative direction to junior designers and external agencies.
\nCoordinate with printers, production houses, and suppliers.
\nCreative Leadership<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry design trends and best practices.
\nRecommend innovative design approaches
\nContribute to brand strategy discussions and campaign planning.
\nAbout You
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or related field.
\nExperience<\/p>\n
Minimum 5\u20138 years of professional graphic design experience.
\nAt least 3 years in a senior-level design role.
\nExperience working with consumer brands, electrical products, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
