\nEnsure repair orders contain complete and precise information to support technician diagnosis and repair.
\nObtain customer approvals for additional repairs and associated costs.

\nElectric Vehicle Technical Support<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a strong understanding of EV technologies including:High-voltage battery systems

\nQualification and Skills<\/p>\n
Education:-<\/p>\n
Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in\u00a0Automotive Engineering,Automotive Technology,Mechanical Engineering,Electromechanical Engineering Or a closely related engineering discipline.
\nExperience<\/p>\n
Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience as a Service Advisor within a reputable automotive dealership or OEM-authorized service center.
\nDemonstrated experience working with Electric Vehicle service operations.
\nExperience handling customer-facing aftersales activities in a dealership environment.
\nProven experience managing repair orders, workshop coordination, and customer relationship management
\nPreferred<\/p>\n
Experience with premium automotive brands.
\nExperience in EV assembly, manufacturing, or distributor operations.
\nExperience in a multi-brand dealership environment.
