\nForecast demand and plan procurement, inventory, and distribution accordingly.
\nBalance cost efficiency with service reliability.
\nOversee sourcing of agri products, livestock, automotive parts, or other traded goods.
\nNegotiate contracts with suppliers, farmers, OEMs, and distributors.
\nEnsure ethical sourcing and compliance with trade regulations.
\nManage\u00a0imports of cars and components\u00a0and\u00a0exports of agri products and livestock.
\nEnsure compliance with customs, tariffs, duties, and international trade laws.
\nHandle documentation, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
\nOversee\u00a0transportation, forwarding, and transit operations\u00a0across domestic and global routes.
\nOptimize logistics networks to reduce delays and costs.
\nImplement digital tracking systems for real-time visibility of shipments.
\nOversee storage facilities for perishable goods (agri, livestock) and industrial components (automotive).
\nImplement inventory control systems to minimize waste and stockouts.
\nEnsure safety, hygiene, and compliance in warehouses.
\nCoordinate with after-sales teams for spare parts availability, warranty fulfilment, and service logistics.
\nEnsure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and responsive support.
\nMonitor feedback loops to refine supply chain processes.
\nTrack supply chain costs (procurement, logistics, warehousing, distribution).
\nIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
\nDrive sustainability initiatives in agri and livestock supply chains.
