\n. Role and responsibilities of Manager \u2013 Litigation<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Develop litigation strategies in consultation with senior management and external counsel.
\nOversee ongoing litigation matters across subsidiaries (civil, commercial, labor, regulatory).
\nMaintain a centralized database of all cases, hearings, and outcomes.
\nTrack timelines, deadlines, and compliance with court requirements.
\nEngage and manage law firms representing Tamrin in various jurisdictions.
\nReview legal opinions, pleadings, and submissions prepared by counsel.
\nNegotiate legal fees and monitor performance of external lawyers.
\nProvide litigation support to subsidiary legal and compliance teams.
\nConsolidate subsidiary litigation data for group-level oversight.
\nEnsure proper filing of complaints, petitions, affidavits, and evidence.
\nExplore alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods such as arbitration and mediation.
\nRecommend settlement strategies where commercially viable.
\nReduce litigation exposure by resolving disputes proactively.
