The FO is also responsible the achievement of the planned specific results of the project in proper quality and time and as per the stipulated project documents. The FO works under supervision of a Project Coordinator, and collaborates with woreda government Officials, TVETS, Kebele administrative officials, community leaders, Private Sector representatives, PIN and other (I)NGO staff.<\/p>\n<p>PROJECT REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<p>Collaborate with\u00a0project coordinator\u00a0in planning, needs assessment\/identification, proposal preparation, budgeting, monitoring, reporting<br \/>\nActively participate in the procurement process such as preparation of specification for items to be procured under the project, inspection of material during delivery time<br \/>\nAttaining the adequate results in proper quality and in time and meeting all deadlines<br \/>\nAssure that all visibility material and events are in accordance with the donor and PIN Guidelines<br \/>\nMaintaining smooth and professional relations with all project stakeholders<br \/>\nPrepare\u00a0weekly, monthly and quarterly\u00a0plan and report specific to the post and submit to\u00a0Project coordinator\u00a0on time<br \/>\nSend to the\u00a0Project coordinator\u00a0on a timely basis, weekly plans and reports of activities achieved.
