\nTemer Properties is pleased to invite qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of\u00a0Sales Consultant.\u00a0The successful candidate will report directly to the\u00a0Sales Supervisor.<\/p>\n
Key Purpose Statement:
\nTo drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.<\/p>\n
Key Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Promote and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
\nIdentify new sales leads and follow up on inquiries.
\nConduct client meetings and presentations.
\nAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
\nAbout You
\nQualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience.
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in business management, Marketing, Management or related field (preferred).
\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.
\nTarget-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
\nExperience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
