About the Job
\nOperate and monitor EV charging stations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.<\/p>\n
Oversee the health and operational status of charging equipment and related infrastructure.<\/p>\n
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks on chargers.<\/p>\n
Identify, troubleshoot, and report charger faults and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.<\/p>\n
Manage daily charging operations, including charger allocation and customer support.<\/p>\n
Monitor charger utilization and prepare operational reports.<\/p>\n
Direct and manage vehicle traffic flow within the charging station to ensure safety and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and environmental procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of charging sessions, equipment performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with utility providers and management to ensure smooth station operation.<\/p>\n
Assist customers with charging procedures and address service-related inquiries.<\/p>\n
Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of the charging station facilities.<\/p>\n
Verify and ensure that charging service payments are successfully completed through the approved payment methods, confirm transaction completion with customers, and provide payment-related assistance when required.<\/p>\n

About You
\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; OR Diploma\/Level IV in a related technical field with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Knowledge of EV charging systems and electrical equipment.<\/p>\n
Ability to monitor charger performance and diagnose basic technical issues.<\/p>\n
Understanding of electrical safety procedures and standards.<\/p>\n
Knowledge of EV charging software and reporting systems.<\/p>\n
Strong customer service and communication skills.<\/p>\n
Traffic and parking management capability.<\/p>\n
Record-keeping and reporting skills.<\/p>\n
Ability to respond effectively to operational emergencies and equipment faults.<\/p>\n
