About the Job
\nMenschen fuer Menschen Foundation-\u00a0is a nongovernmental, nonreligious and nonpartisan humanitarian organization involved in Integrated Rural Development activities and wishes to invite applicants with the following qualification and experience for\u00a0Kawo Koysha\u00a0Integrated Rural Development Project:<\/p>\n
Main duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Promote and enable a working environment that nurtures a marginalized women empowering and youth SMEs income generation Works.
\nIdentify and record the need and problems of women and youth as well as opportunities that exist in the area.
\nParticipate in planning and implementation of Human Development activities.
\nFacilitate favorable condition of women to participate in the activities that could benefit them and community at-large.
\nOrient and encourage rural women and farmers about various development activities and enhance their participation likewise.
\nInitiate and encourage women to take part in income generation schemes.
\nSubmit monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
\nMonitor & supervise the implementation of activities being undertaken according to the project plan of operation.
\nEnsure that the various activities being undertaken are feasible.

\nQualifications: BSC in Sociology, Social Work, Development studies or related field<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in gender related works<\/p>\n
Language: A good command of spoken & written English<\/p>\n
Salary: Negotiable<\/p>\n
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
