Key Purpose Statement:<\/p>\n
The Visual Architecture role creates high-quality architectural visuals, 3D renderings, and design materials that showcase property developments, supporting marketing, sales, client engagement, and business growth.<\/p>\n
Key Duties & Responsibilities Summary
\n1. Architectural Visualization & Rendering<\/p>\n
Develop high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and walkthroughs for property developments.
\nConvert architectural designs into compelling visual content for marketing, sales, and client presentations.
\nEnsure all visual outputs align with project requirements and brand standards.
\n2. Design Collaboration<\/p>\n
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to deliver visualization requirements.
\nIncorporate stakeholder feedback and contribute creative ideas based on industry trends.
\n3. Asset & Technical Management<\/p>\n
Maintain and organize project files and visual assets.
\nUtilize and optimize industry-standard software and rendering tools to improve efficiency and quality.
\n4. Quality & Innovation<\/p>\n
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visual standards across all deliverables.
\nStay updated on emerging visualization technologies, rendering techniques, and design trends to drive continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
About You
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
BSc Degree in Architecture
\nExperience:<\/p>\n
3-5 years of experience in architectural design, visualization, and project coordination.
\nCompetencies<\/p>\n
Strong expertise in architectural visualization
\n3D modeling and rendering software
\nthe ability to interpret technical drawings
\ncreate compelling visual designs
\ndeliver high-quality
\ndetail-oriented outputs
\nVirtual reality
