Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
Ensure proper nursing service provision to patients. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of employees working in various settings. Minimizing work-related injuries or illnesses.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
A clinical nurse takes down the vital signs of the patient and check for any irregularities and gives proper treatment.
\nAlways checks & follows medical equipment\u2019s of the clinic are clean and ready for clinical use.
\nGives proper attention & treatment for injured\/diseases employees and if the case of injury\/illness needs further handling, he\/she notifies to head of the clinic and arranges for immediate treatment.
\nHelps the patient\/employee to get ready for test and other examination before the handling of doctor of the brewery.
\nBased on the type of wound he\/she performs or assist minor surgery.
\nParticipate in occupational health and safety practice across the company. Identification and reporting of unsafe condition, placement, and Refilling of first aid boxes.
\nEnsure Emergency Response preparedness including Ambulance readiness and participating on drill as per plan of the company.
\nEnsuring the availability of emergency drugs and tools.
\nEnsuring application of infection prevention practices.
\nRespond to control outbreak, epidemic and pandemic disease as per National \/international protocol.
\nMaintaining accurate documentation of employee encounters, treatments, and outcomes.
\nStaying up to date on national MOH regulations, industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to workplace safety and healthcare.
\nHealth care training<\/p>\n
Educating employees about workplace safety practices, health promotion strategies, and preventive measures
\nTake part in training of first aiders.
\nHandles other duties as directed by line manager.
\nOthers<\/p>\n
May be delegated to perform as a head of clinic in case of clinical head absence.

Licensed Nurse with a minimum work experience of 2 years.
\nEducation<\/p>\n
