The\u00a0Construction Operations Manager\u00a0will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and contractual requirements while optimizing resources and achieving project objectives.<\/p>\n

Duty Station: Jimma Housing Project<\/p>\n
Salary & Benefits: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction activities to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
\nOversee project schedules, resource allocation, and workforce productivity.
\nMonitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
\nReview project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
\nManage project costs, cash flow, and operational performance.
\nResolve technical, contractual, and operational issues efficiently.
\nPrepare and present regular progress and performance reports to management.
\nLead and develop project teams to achieve organizational objectives.
