Job Summary
\nThe Customer Service Officer(Maker) is responsible to make front office customer service support at the branch. S\/he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

\nAcademic and Professional Qualifications
\nBachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields
\nExperience
\nZero (0) year of experience
\nNot more than 25 years of age.
\nbe permanently assigned after Six (6) months of intensive training.
\nDegree Certificate,\u00a0Grade 8th-12th,\u00a0Updated CV\u00a0&\u00a0Application Letter\u00a0is\u00a0Mandatory\u00a0or required.\u00a0If\u00a0the Candidates who fail to submit these documents, they will be exclude from the selection process.
\nCGPA\u00a02.5\u00a0and Above
\nYear of Graduation\u00a02024,2025\u00a0and\u00a02026\u00a0only.

\nFunctional\/Technical Competencies
\nUnderstands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
\nGood knowledge of Bank\u2019s accounting and procedures.
\nAbility to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
\nExcellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.
