Job Summary<\/p>\n
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to handle customer transactions, provide excellent customer service, and support daily caf\u00e9 operations. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a caf\u00e9, restaurant, or retail environment<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities (10 Duties)<\/p>\n
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
\nTake customer orders accurately.
\nProcess cash, card, and mobile payments.
\nOperate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
\nIssue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
\nBalance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
\nAnswer customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
\nMaintain a clean and organized cashier station.
\nCoordinate with kitchen staff regarding customer orders.
\nAssist with restocking supplies and maintaining caf\u00e9 cleanliness.

\nQualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum 1 year experience as a Cashier in a caf\u00e9, restaurant, or retail business.
\nBasic computer and POS system knowledge.
\nStrong customer service and communication skills.
\nBasic mathematics and cash-handling skills.
