Job Summary<\/p>\n
We are looking for an experienced Caf\u00e9 Chef to prepare high-quality food, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a caf\u00e9, restaurant, or similar hospitality business<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities (10 Duties)<\/p>\n
Prepare and cook caf\u00e9 menu items according to recipes and standards.
\nEnsure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company requirements.
\nMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
\nMonitor food inventory and report shortages.
\nStore food items properly and safely.
\nFollow food safety and sanitation procedures.
\nAssist in menu planning and food costing.
\nMinimize food waste and control kitchen expenses.
\nCoordinate with service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
\nPerform opening and closing kitchen duties.

\nQualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Certificate\/Diploma in Food Preparation, Hotel Management, or related field.
\nMinimum 1 year experience in a caf\u00e9, restaurant, or hotel kitchen.
\nKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
\nAbility to work under pressure and in a team environment.
