Assignment<\/p>\n

Development for All (DFA), as part of its project funded by the European Union and implemented in partnership with UNODC, is seeking a qualified trainer\/consultant to facilitate a two-day training on Gender-Sensitive and Trauma-Informed Legal Practice for legal practitioners in Assosa, Benishangul-Gumuz Region.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The training aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of the impact of trauma on individuals seeking legal services and enhance their capacity to provide holistic, survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and gender-sensitive legal aid services.<\/p>\n

Preference<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Preference will be given to:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Female applicants.
\nApplicants from Benishangul-Gumuz Region.
\nCandidates with demonstrated experience in both legal and psychosocial support services.<\/p>\n
About You
\nRequired Qualifications<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Applicants should possess:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A background in\u00a0Psychology, Social Work, Gender Studies, Law or a related field.
\nProven experience in facilitating trainings on trauma-informed approaches, gender-sensitive programming, legal aid, psycho-social support, or related areas.
\nDemonstrated experience working with legal professionals, justice sector actors, or vulnerable populations.
\nStrong facilitation, communication, and report-writing skills.
\n <\/p>\n
