About You
\n4. Education:<\/p>\n
BSc\/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics Management or other related fields from a recognized university.
\n5. Experience:<\/p>\n
Minimum 8\/6 years of experience in managing auto vehicle maintenance and repair services, with at least 1 year of experience working as a diagnostics and quality control technician.
\n6. Responsibility:<\/p>\n
Manage\/supervise all finance, HR, procurement, general services operations and related tasks.
\nThe role ensures efficient and effective management of the company\u2019s resources, supporting its strategic goals and operational needs.
\n7. Essential:<\/p>\n
Strong leadership and team management skills; supervise staff and assign tasks accordingly.
\nExcellent ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
\nProficient in financial and procurement management.
\nAbility to coordinate staff with proficient task scheduling and developing and implementing procedures.
\nAbility to conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment with a high level of security.
\nPlan and execute company budget and inventory of supplies.
\nAbility to provide training, guidance to personnel and coordinate with other departments.
\nAbility to manage people and maintain good human relations skills and teamwork.
