Position Summary<\/p>\n
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, treasury management, and internal controls. The position plays a strategic role in supporting executive management through effective financial analysis, risk management, and business decision-making.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
\nPrepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective internal controls.
\nManage cash flow, treasury operations, banking relationships, and working capital.
\nMonitor budgets, control costs, and recommend measures to improve financial performance and profitability.
\nEnsure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards; coordinate audits and statutory reporting.
\nLead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
\nProvide financial insights and performance reports to executive management and support strategic decision-making.

\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
\nMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
\nExperience in manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred.
\nProven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, taxation, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
\nStrong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
