The\u00a0Concrete Plant Manager\u00a0will be responsible to manage and oversee daily operations of the concrete batching plant, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to safety standards while meeting project demands and optimizing plant performance.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage daily operations of the concrete batching plant to ensure uninterrupted production.
\nPlan and control production schedules based on project demands.
\nEnsure product quality complies with specifications and industry standards.
\nSupervise plant personnel, equipment operators, and maintenance activities.
\nMonitor inventory levels of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other materials.
\nImplement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
\nControl production costs and optimize plant efficiency.
\nPrepare production, quality, and performance reports for management review.
