Key Responsibilities
\nRepresent the company with professionalism and integrity, upholding the high image, reputation, and credibility of Metropolitan Real Estate and its apartment units.
\nActively identify, engage, and secure prospective buyers through diligent and strategic sales efforts.
\nPromote and sell apartment units through effective presentations, negotiations, and market-driven sales strategies.
\nMaintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
\nForward all qualified leads, client information, and sales-related data to the company in a timely and accurate manner.
\nApply market insights and data-driven decision-making to support clients\u2019 real estate investment goals.
\nConsistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets by tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.

\nJob Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven sales experience within the real estate industry.
\nDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
\nExcellent negotiation and closing abilities.
