\nPosition Purpose<\/p>\n
Collect and check the completeness of analytical data registration on logbooks, on appropriate applications in softcopy, by recording and organizing reports from raw data records, arranging received samples and packing for dispatches.<\/p>\n
Main Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Label and prepare appropriate logbooks and maintain their neatness and proper arrangement. Archive documents such as letters, invoices, printouts, etc., in the appropriate dossiers in a timely manner.
\nPerform all assigned activities in alignment with safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives, using appropriate PPE and good professional practices.
\nCheck for missing and outlier data encountered during data entry of records and make automatic reporting to the immediate supervisor to maintain data integrity.
\nFill non-conformity and quality control data in the relevant application data management systems.
\nAssist staff with office-related duties, such as preparing clinic checkup forms, annual leave requests, etc.
\nMake appropriate registration of stock usage and material movements.
\nLabel and pack items to be dispatched to sites or external service providers and properly arrange received items.
\nKeep company information and documents confidential and perform all other tasks necessary for the activities of the department.
\nFacilitate paper document exchange between departments whenever necessary.
\nEnter data into relevant applications, present received items for daily routine processing and arrange documents in the appropriate dossiers.
\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

\nThe position requires a minimum of BSC Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT or related fields.
\nFresh graduate.
