We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Property Administration Manager to lead and oversee the Company’s Human Resources and Property Administration functions. The position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring effective workforce management, overseeing employee development programs, and managing administrative and property-related operations to support the Company’s strategic objectives.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Lead and oversee all Human Resources and Property Administration functions of the Company.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement HR and administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
\n\u2022 Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
\n\u2022 Coordinate employee training, development, succession planning, and capacity-building initiatives.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
\n\u2022 Oversee personnel administration, employee records, attendance, leave management, and related HR activities.
\n\u2022 Supervise transportation and logistics operations to ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
\n\u2022 Oversee procurement, store management, canteen services, and general support services.
\n\u2022 Ensure proper management, maintenance, and safeguarding of company assets and properties.
\n\u2022 Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of section heads and departmental staff.
\n\u2022 Prepare and implement annual departmental plans, budgets, and performance reports.
\n\u2022 Participate in strategic planning and support the achievement of organizational goals.

\nRequirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n\u2022 MBA or professional HR certification is an advantage.
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law, HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
\n\u2022 Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and personnel administration.
\n\u2022 Experience in administration, property administration, logistics, procurement, inventory\/store management, or related administrative functions is highly desirable.
\n\u2022 Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
\n\u2022 Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
\n\u2022 Proven experience in using HR, ERP, payroll, attendance, and performance management systems (e.g., CNET ERP, Oracle, ETTA, SAP, Odoo, or similar systems).
