As an ASR, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and logistics teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights, to management on a regular basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in a field sales role<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM software<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Amharic and English, with knowledge of local languages in the assigned territory an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned
