About the Role
\nAeTrade Group is looking for qualified MSME Trainers to support the delivery of capacity-building programs for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).<\/p>\n
The successful candidates will be included in a prequalified trainer pool\/database and engaged on an on-demand basis. They will design, deliver, and facilitate training, coaching, and mentorship in areas such as entrepreneurship, financial management, digital transformation, market access, and export readiness.<\/p>\n
Engagement will depend on program needs and trainer expertise.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nConduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for digital trade advisors and MSME learners across different delivery platforms.
\nDesign, develop, adapt, and upload competency-based training programs and learning materials into the Learning Management System (LMS).
\nFacilitate interactive training sessions using adult learning methodologies in both face-to-face and virtual formats.
\nSupport learner engagement in LMS-based training, including orientation, participation, and module completion.
\nProvide coaching and post-training support to ensure application of learning in practical business contexts.
\nMentor emerging trainers and support Training of Trainers (ToT) and cascade training approaches.
\nProvide advisory support to MSMEs and digital trade advisors on applying training content in real business operations.
\nMonitor training delivery, collect feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes across all formats.
\nEnsure quality assurance in line with AeTrade training standards and methodologies.
\nPrepare training reports including attendance, evaluation results, and key recommendations.
\nContribute to continuous improvement of training content, delivery methods, and LMS effectiveness.

\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Education, Development Studies, HR Development, or related fields (Master\u2019s is an advantage)
\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in MSME training, enterprise development, business advisory, or capacity building programs, with strong skills in training facilitation, instructional design, and development of practical MSME training materials
\nProven experience in designing and delivering competency-based training using face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning approaches
\nExperience in Training of Trainers (ToT), coaching, and mentoring is highly desirable
