\nJob Summary\u00a0:- The Senior Export Documentation Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing all export-related documentation to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely shipment of goods. The role ensures adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies while coordinating closely with internal departments, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and external stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in minimizing shipment delays, avoiding compliance risks, and supporting smooth export operations.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Exchange bank details with client, receive shipping instruction and draft LC
\nForward specification to operations for coffee preparation
\nEnsure coffee is already at warehouse
\nEnsure client\u2019s approval of coffee
\nProcess certificate (quality, phytosanitary, fumigation etc.)
\nReceive permit and forward to transistor along with shipping instruction and Invoice
\nFollow up, facilitate and secure certificate (quality, phytosanitary, fumigation etc.)
\nFollow up and receive staffing report and request BOL
\nReceive and confirm BOL with the shipping line.
\nFollow up ICO, TC, GSP, Annexes etc.
\nVerify and compile documents and forward to facilitator
\nSubmit documents to the bank
\nFollow up and ensure the banks send documents to buyer\u2019s bank
\nFile copies of all documents in customer file.
\nPerforms other related duties as assigned by the General Manager or Division Head
\nAbout You
\nQualification<\/p>\n
BA degree in logistic supply chain management, Business Management, Marketing or related field of study.
\nMinimum of\u00a0five (5) years\u00a0of relevant work experience of which\u00a0at least two (2) years\u00a0must be in a\u00a0Senior Export Documentation Officer\u00a0role, preferably in a\u00a0coffee export company.
\nRequired Skills<\/p>\n
Proven work experience as a Documentation Specialist or similar role
\nOutstanding organizational skills
\nMultitasking ability
\nAttention to detail
\nExcellent written and verbal communication
\nRelevant training and\/or certifications as a Documentation Specialist
