We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrub Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, compassionate, and have a strong commitment to the field of healthcare.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Assist in surgical procedures by scrubbing in and handling instruments and supplies
\nMaintains a sterile field by following established protocols
\nCommunicates with the surgical team to ensure the smooth flow of the procedure
\nAnticipates the needs of the surgeon and provides instruments and supplies accordingly
\nAssists with counting, checking all instruments are ready before and after the procedure
\nPrepares and maintains the operating room by setting up equipment and supplies
\nCleans and sterilizes instruments following established procedures
\nPerforms other related duties as assigned

Educational Qualification and Work Experience<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
BSC from an approved nursing program.
\nCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) from the country of origin.
\nCertificate on BLS and ACLS training.
\nProfound knowledge in defibrillator utilization.
\nKnowledge in Infusion Pump utilization and calculation.
\nA minimum of two years of experience in the operating room is preferred.
\nKnowledge and Skills Requirements<\/p>\n
Have good communication skills.
\nHave some computer skills.
\nKnow the nursing profession.
\nHave good observation skills.
\nLanguage: Fluent in English (oral & written).
\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
\nWillingness to work flexible hours
\nWorking Conditions<\/p>\n
