PATH Ministries International supports vulnerable children through education, psychosocial support, child protection, and household-strengthening interventions. As part of its education support program, PATH provides tutorial classes to help children improve their academic performance, strengthen foundational learning, and remain engaged in school.<\/p>\n
PATH is seeking a qualified tutoring company, educational consultancy, organization, or institution to provide tutorial services for children supported through its program. The tutorial program may include after-school classes, weekend tutorial sessions, summer\/school-break support, and other academic support activities as needed.<\/p>\n
Purpose of the Assignment<\/p>\n
The purpose of this service is to provide structured, child-friendly, and quality tutorial support for PATH-supported children in selected grade levels. The selected service provider will be responsible for assigning qualified tutors, organizing tutorial sessions, monitoring attendance, following student progress, and reporting regularly to PATH.<\/p>\n
Scope of Work<\/p>\n
The selected tutoring service provider will be expected to:<\/p>\n
Provide qualified tutors for children in the required grade levels.
\nOrganize and deliver tutorial classes after school, on weekends, and\/or during agreed tutorial periods.
\nSupport students in key subjects based on their grade level and academic needs.
\nPrepare lesson plans and tutorial schedules in coordination with PATH.
\nMonitor student attendance during each tutorial session.
\nTrack student participation, progress, and learning improvement.
\nPrepare and submit regular student progress reports.
\nPrepare and submit regular tutor\/teacher reports.
\nConduct regular check-in meetings with tutors to discuss class progress, challenges, and improvement areas.
\nProvide support and guidance to tutors on lesson planning, teaching methods, and classroom management.
\nEnsure that tutorial sessions are child-friendly, inclusive, respectful, and safe.
\nCommunicate promptly with PATH regarding attendance concerns, learning challenges, safeguarding concerns, or other issues affecting children.
\nMaintain proper documentation of all tutorial activities.
\nExpected Services and Deliverables<\/p>\n
The service provider will be expected to submit:<\/p>\n
List of assigned tutors with their qualifications and experience.
\nTutorial schedule and subject coverage plan.
\nStudent attendance records.
\nMonthly student progress reports.
\nMonthly tutor\/teacher reports.
\nSummary of challenges, achievements, and recommended follow-up actions.
\nFinal service completion report at the end of the contract period.
\nTarget Group<\/p>\n
The tutorial program will serve vulnerable children supported by PATH Ministries International. The exact number of students, grade levels, tutorial locations, and schedule will be agreed with the selected service provider before contract signing.<\/p>\n
The service provider should be able to support children in primary school grades, especially children who need additional academic support to improve school performance and reduce the risk of dropouts.

Legally registered and licensed to provide educational, tutoring, consultancy, or related services.
\nExperience in providing tutorial, remedial, or academic support services for school-age children.
\nAbility to assign qualified and experienced tutors.
\nExperience working with primary school students is strongly preferred.
\nAbility to provide structured attendance monitoring and reporting.
\nAbility to prepare student progress reports and teacher reports.
\nStrong understanding of child-friendly teaching methods.
\nCommitment to child safeguarding, child protection, and respectful treatment of children.
