Established in 2012, it has expanded to a group of more than 14 certified Ophthalmologists, an Ophthalmic Medical Technologist, and more than 10 Optometrists. The team is dedicated to providing high-quality eye care and advanced vision treatment services. WGGA is also committed to building the capacity of Ethiopian ophthalmic professionals.<\/p>\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and eye health
\nDiagnose refractive errors
\nAdvise patients on lenses
\nRecommend appropriate vision therapy or low-vision aids when necessary
\nMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations
\nEducate patients on proper eye care and preventive measures

\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Optometry with a valid license (fresh graduates are welcome)
\nMinimum of 1 year working experience
\nStrong diagnostic and communication skills
