National Property Help is a U.S.-based real estate investment company with over 10 years of industry experience. We are currently hiring motivated and hardworking individuals in Ethiopia for a full-time Remote Cold Caller position. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided.<\/p>\n
Position Overview
\nAs a Remote Cold Caller, you will speak with property owners across the United States using our auto-dialer system. Your job is to gather information, build rapport with homeowners, identify potential sellers, and transfer qualified leads to our acquisitions team.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\nMake high-volume outbound calls to U.S. property owners using an auto-dialer.
\nSpeak with hundreds of homeowners daily and gather property information.
\nFollow company call scripts and procedures professionally.
\nHandle basic objections and transfer qualified leads.
\nAccurately update notes and information inside the CRM system.
\nMaintain professionalism and consistency throughout all calls.

Monthly base salary \u2192 NOW 13,000 ETB<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
Experience in cold calling, customer service, sales, or telemarketing.
