\n: Project Human Resource Officer<\/p>\n

Reports To: HR Manager<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintain employee information in a safe manner in both soft and hard copy;
\npreparing the employees profile by age, Gender, education, work experience, salary, family status, address and others;
\nInterpreting HR policy and procedures and ensure that all staff are well-versed in company policies, procedures, and code of conduct;
\nMonitoring the performance evaluation of project staff every six months.
\nFollow up leaves; Annual leave, matrimonial leave, mourning\u2019s leave, special leave, unpaid leave etc.
\nEnsure that the employee uses uniform and personal protective equipment;
\nFollow up employee\u2019s day to day attendance and take appropriate action with consultation HR Manager
\nHiring temporary workers for each project, preparing overtime pay according to the guidelines, and monitoring the prompt payment of wages.
\nFollowing up periodical performance appraisal reports and submit them to their immediate supervisor and at the same time gather the performance appraisal form after fulfill the necessary information especially an employee should sign to show the appraisal is take place;
\nFacilitate the reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by the employee to the extent of his\/her entitlement;
\nSupervising the overtime work based on the procedure;
\nFacilitate and monitoring the utilization of safety and health in project site as per the standard of the company;
\nQuickly correct actions that harm the organization\u2019s name and reputation;
\nMonitoring the legality of employment contracts for temporary and contract workers employed in projects;
\nMonitoring work discipline and daily wages of temporary workers;
\nResolve human resource management issues related to the project by communicating with the department and project manager;
\nPerform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HR manager.

\nQualification:<\/p>\n
