\nTo plan, schedule, coordinate, monitor, and follow up all preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, efficiency, and compliance with organizational maintenance standards.<\/p>\n
Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintenance Planning<\/p>\n
Prepare annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance plans.
\nDevelop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
\nCoordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
\nReview maintenance requests and prioritize work orders based on urgency and operational requirements.
\nPrepare maintenance shutdown and turnaround plans.
\nMaintenance Follow-up and Monitoring<\/p>\n
Monitor implementation of maintenance plans and schedules.
\nFollow up maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
\nTrack equipment downtime, breakdown frequency, and maintenance performance indicators.
\nVerify completion and quality of maintenance activities.
\nConduct regular follow-up inspections on completed maintenance work.
\nWork Order Management<\/p>\n
Create, update, and maintain maintenance work orders.
\nEnsure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history records.
\nMaintain maintenance databases and filing systems.
\nGenerate periodic maintenance performance reports.
\nSpare Parts and Resource Coordination<\/p>\n
Coordinate with stores and procurement units regarding spare parts requirements.
\nMonitor inventory levels of critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
\nAssist in forecasting spare parts and maintenance resource requirements.
\nEnsure availability of tools, equipment, and materials required for planned maintenance.
\nData Analysis and Reporting<\/p>\n
Analyze maintenance data and identify trends in equipment failures.
\nPrepare maintenance KPI reports such as:Equipment Availability

\nPreventive Maintenance Compliance

Ensure maintenance activities comply with occupational health and safety requirements.
\nPromote safe work practices during maintenance operations.

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Mechanical Engineering \/ Electrical Engineering \/ or a related field,<\/p>\n

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, industrial maintenance, or equipment management.
\nExperience in manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments is
