\nReports To\u00a0Project and Institution Sales Supervisor
\nOur Company\u00a0Romel General Trading PLC\u00a0is looking to recruit Project and Institution Sales Representatives. These roles are essential in driving our project and institution based sales strategy and ensuring that we effectively reach our target markets.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential private and government building project owners, real estate developers, resident builders, potential influencers and other clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
\nIdentifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within different projects and generate leads through networking and market research, often involving collaboration with internal teams.
\nPromote and sell our products to customers, identifying their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts.
\nTake customer orders, process them accurately, and ensure timely delivery of products.
\nEfficiently plan and execute daily project sales to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
\nManaging the sales process from initial contact to sales closing, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
\nTracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
\nCollaborate with the marketing and other sales team to align promotional efforts and campaigns with sales strategies.
\nCollecting BID documents from different clients and offer the corresponding Proforma Invoice (PI), following the decision and approval of the PI, collect the payment and deliver the product.
\nRegularly visiting project sites and collect BOQ
\nProvide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
\nMonitor market, sales trends and competitor activities to adapt workable sales approach accordingly.
\nMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Provide regular reports to management.
\nGather feedback from customers and market insights to help improve product offerings and services.
\nManaging key accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and driving ongoing sales within those accounts.
\nPerform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
\nAbout You
\nQualification and Skills:<\/p>\n
BA degree in Business Management, marketing management, Sales Management or related fields.
\nProven experience in sales, particularly within similar industry
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\nExcellent Negotiation Skills
\nAbility to persuade clients to adopt the company’s products.
\nAbility to identify and resolve client issues, ensuring satisfaction.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\nA results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPI\/ targets.
