The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects funded by the EU, ensuring timely and effective implementation, and aligning with the EU&#8217;s development priorities in the country.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage project plans, including setting goals, objectives, and timelines, in line with EU INTPA&#8217;s guidelines and priorities<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and lead project teams, comprising internal staff, consultants, and stakeholders, to ensure effective project implementation<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including EU officials, government agencies, NGOs, and local communities<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations and standards<\/li>\n<li>Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including EU officials, government representatives, and local partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field, from a recognized Ethiopian university or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an international development context, with a focus on EU-funded projects<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing complex projects, with multiple stakeholders and deadlines, in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and Amharic, with excellent writing and reporting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with EU regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as experience working with international organizations and donor agencies<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or similar, and experience with monitoring and evaluation
