Key Responsibilities
\nProgramme Strategy and Management
\nDesign and develop WPS and Humanitarian Action programme strategies
\nManage project implementation and budgets
\nCoordinate programme monitoring and reporting
\nOrganize evaluation and steering committee meetings
\nTechnical and Capacity Development
\nProvide technical support to programme partners
\nCoordinate capacity-building initiatives
\nDevelop tools and methodologies related to WPSHA
\nPartnerships and Resource Mobilization
\nDevelop donor engagement strategies
\nBuild partnerships with governments, NGOs, and UN agencies
\nSupport fundraising and cost-sharing initiatives
\nAdvocacy and Knowledge Management
\nDevelop advocacy strategies and knowledge products
\nRepresent UN Women in policy dialogues and meetings
\nDocument lessons learned and best practices
\nRequired Qualifications
\nEducation
\nMaster\u2019s degree in social sciences, gender studies, international development, human rights, or related field
\nBachelor\u2019s degree with additional experience may be accepted
\nProgramme management certification is an added advantage
\nExperience
\nMinimum 5 years of relevant programme management experience
\nExperience in Women, Peace and Security or Humanitarian Action required
\nExperience supervising teams in international settings required
\nUN system experience is desirable
\nLanguages
\nFluency in English required
\nKnowledge of Arabic or French is desirable
\nKey Competencies
\nResults-based management expertise
\nStrong analytical and reporting skills
\nProgramme monitoring and evaluation experience
\nPartnership-building and fundraising
