\nQualification & Experience Requirement<\/p>\n
A Minimum of BA Degree in Aviation\/Airport Mgmt. with a minimum of\u00a013 years\u2019 experience,\u00a0leading at least one major airport ORAT program (greenfield or major expansion).<\/p>\n
N.B\u00a0Specialized ORAT experience is\u00a0mandatory<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develops and enforces the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and the ORAT Master Plan. Coordinates integrated Testing, staff training, and full-scale Trial Operations before the official opening.<\/p>\n
Language proficiency:\u00a0Fluent in written and Spoken in English Language.<\/p>\n
