\nQualification & Experience Requirement<\/p>\n
A Minimum of MSc\/LLM Degree in Engineering\/Law\/Quantity Surveying with a Minimum 09 years\u2019 experience in contract administration, claims, and variations on large-scale projects or related areas.<\/p>\n
N.B:\u00a0Mandatory expertise in FIDIC contracts and Ethiopian Civil Code\/Procurement Law.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Q Oversees all FIDIC-based contract administration, including correspondence, notifications, and documentation flow related to claims, extensions of time (EOTs), and variations.<\/p>\n
Ensures strict adherence to contractual terms by both the Employer and the Contractor
\nLanguage proficiency:\u00a0Fluent in written and Spoken in English Language.<\/p>\n
