\nAs a Marketing & Sales Expert at Symbol Technologies, you will bridge the gap between our innovative technology and market needs. you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and elevating our brand presence within the enterprise market.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities, with a primary focus on the banking and financial services sector
\nAccount Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C-suite executives, IT directors, and decision-makers in commercial banks and financial institutions.
\nSolution Selling: Present and articulate the business value of Symbol\u2019s complex technical solutions.
\nCampaign Strategy: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to position Symbol Technologies as a thought leader in the Ethiopian fintech ecosystem.
\nProposal & Tender Management: Collaborate with the technical team to develop compelling, high-quality business proposals and presentations for client pitches and official tenders.

\nWe are looking for a professional who understands the unique dynamics of corporate B2B sales and possesses a strong commercial acumen.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
\nExperience: A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
\nIndustry Preference: Direct experience working within or selling to the Banking\/Financial Services sector is highly preferred.
\nSkills:<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of digital banking trends, fintech solutions, or enterprise ICT infrastructure.
\nExcellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
\nFluency in written and spoken
