General mission
\nThe Multi-Task Team Operator conducts Humanitarian Mine Action activities, including mine clearance, Non-Technical Survey, and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education.<\/p>\n
Reporting to the Team Leader, the primary role of the Deminer is to help identify and clear Hazardous Areas and assist with Explosive Ordnance Disposal tasks. They must strictly follow organisational SOPs and will be expected to proactively assist the project in a variety of other ways.
\nResponsibilities
\nMission 1: Operational Preparedness and Support<\/p>\n
Ensure the presence and readiness of operational equipment before field deployments.
\nMaintain all operational equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly up the chain of command.
\nSupport the logistical planning for field operations, including the preparation and transportation of equipment and materials.
\nActively participate in briefings, ensuring key practical and operational considerations are integrated into planning.
\nAssist in implementing EORE, NTS, Clearance, and EOD activities by ensuring operational readiness.
\nAdhere to SOPs in the conduct of HMA field operations and report safety concerns up the chain of command.
\nProactively participate in all field operations as directed by the Team Leader
\nAdhere closely to all medical and hygiene guidance.
\nAssist the MTT Team Leader and senior operations management with reporting and data entry.
\nAssist with the proper and secure filing of operational data
\nParticipate proactively in all trainings arranged as part of operational deployments
\nDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
\nBe prepared and willing to travel long distances to remote parts of the country and work in physically demanding circumstances.

Adhere to SOPs in the conduct of HMA field operations and report safety concerns up the chain of command.<\/p>\n
Proactively participate in all field operations as directed by the Team Leader
\nAdhere closely to all medical and hygiene guidance.
\nMission 3: Reporting<\/p>\n
Assist the MTT Team Leader and senior operations management with reporting and data entry.
\nAssist with the proper and secure filing of operational data
\nMission 4: Training<\/p>\n
Participate proactively in all trainings arranged as part of operational deployments
\nDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
\nMission 5: Flexible deployment<\/p>\n
