The successful bidder will be responsible for assessing the current situation, identifying key indicators, and developing a comprehensive MEAL system to track progress and inform project decisions.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment to establish a reference point for project indicators<\/li>\n<li>Develop a MEAL system that aligns with the project&#8217;s goals, objectives, and outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Identify and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement a data collection and management system<\/li>\n<li>Develop a learning and accountability framework to ensure that lessons learned are integrated into project decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and capacity-building support to project staff on MEAL system implementation and use<\/li>\n<li>Develop a comprehensive report detailing baseline assessment findings and MEAL system recommendations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, sociology, economics, or a related field from a recognized Ethiopian university<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in MEAL system development, baseline assessments, and project evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in working with international organizations, NGOs, or government agencies on similar projects<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Ethiopian context and experience working in the country is an asset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":207,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","job_listing_type":[17],"job_listing_category":[210],"job_listing_location":[4],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-35024","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-project-management-and-administration","job_listing_location-addis-ababa"],"metas":{"_job_logo":"https:\/\/beleqet.com\/vacancy\/wp-content\/uploads\/wp-job-board-pro-uploads\/_job_logo\/2026\/05\/Hanns-R.-Neumann-Stiftung-HRNS.webp","custom-text-26140818":"Hanns R.
