\nPosition Overview:<\/p>\n
The Structural Draftsperson will be responsible for preparing structural drawings and detailing works for reinforced concrete and steel structures based on instructions from Structural Engineers. The role includes preparing shop drawings, revising drawings, coordinating with site and design teams, and ensuring drawings comply with project requirements.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Prepare structural drawings and detailing works using AutoCAD.
\nPrepare reinforcement detailing and steel shop drawings.
\nRevise drawings based on engineer comments and site requirements.
\nCoordinate drawings with architectural and MEP drawings.
\nMaintain proper drawing records and revisions.
\nSupport site teams in resolving drawing-related issues.
\nAbout You
\nQualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in structural drafting.
\nGood knowledge of AutoCAD.
\nExperience in reinforced concrete and steel detailing.
\nBasic knowledge of Revit\/BIM is an advantage.
\nGood communication and teamwork skills.
\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):<\/p>\n
Accuracy and quality of drawings.
\nTimely submission of drawings and revisions.
\nProper coordination with other disciplines.
\nQuick response to site comments and drawing revisions.
