\nImplementation Engineer (L1 \/ L2 Support)<\/p>\n

This role is a full-stack technical implementer, responsible for:<\/p>\n
Build phase \u2192 installation, configuration, integration, testing
\nRun phase \u2192 L1\/L2 support, monitoring, troubleshooting
\nAvailability:<\/p>\n
100% allocation<\/p>\n
Required Experience:<\/p>\n
3\u20137+ years in:Software implementation \/ system integration
\nTelecom IT systems \/ MarTech \/ CRM \/ CVM platforms
\nApplication support \/ production support
\nExperience in:Software installation, configuration and deployments
\n24\/7 environments
\nIncident management systems<\/p>\n
About You
\nCompetencies:<\/p>\n
Installation & integration<\/p>\n
Ability to:Deploy platform components (application + dependencies)
\nConfigure environments (dev \/ test \/ prod)
\nSupport integrations with external systems
\nExperience with:Linux-based deployments
\nVirtualized environments (VMware or similar)
\nSupport SIT \/ UAT
\nTroubleshoot issues and ensure production readiness
\nMonitoring, incident handling, troubleshooting
\nRoot cause analysis and issue resolution
\nAutonomous, problem-solver, able to handle production pressure
\nStrong coordination with technical & business teams
\nTesting & Go-Live:<\/p>\n
