We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join the TECNO team. This role is critical to maintaining the strength and consistency of our digital marketing operations. The successful candidate will lead and execute our digital strategy across multiple online platforms, ensuring strong brand presence, audience engagement, and sustained growth.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Manage and optimize content calendars and digital assets across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, and the Website.
\nOversee daily content creation, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking to ensure timely optimization.
\nPlan, execute, and optimize 360\u00b0 digital marketing campaigns across key platforms.
\nCollaborate with content creators and influencers to produce impactful campaign materials and boost product visibility.
\nCoordinate with the agency to manage photoshoots from pre-production through execution and final content delivery.
\nWork closely with the agency to execute 360\u00b0 digital campaigns\u2014from briefing to rollout, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
\nLead social media community engagement, including daily moderation, DMs\/comments response, and trend-based interactions.
\nPartner with the design team to develop creative digital assets that reflect brand and product values.
\nMonitor digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to maintain a leading digital presence.
\nAnalyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
\nAbout You
\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing and a related field.
\nProfessional certifications in digital marketing
\nMinimum of 2\u20133 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
\nDemonstrated experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for a brand or agency.
\nHands-on experience planning, executing, and analyzing 360\u00b0 digital marketing campaigns.
