Job Summary<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Regulatory Affairs (RA) Officer\u00a0serves as the primary liaison between the organization and the\u00a0Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA).. The role oversees product registration, license renewals, import permits, and regulatory compliance throughout the supply chain.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Prepare and submit complete CTD-format dossiers
\nMaintain registration calendar for renewals, variations, and post-approval changes
\nEnsure all submitted dossiers meet EFDA\u2019s latest guidelines and directives
\nCoordinate with Procurement, Suppliers, and Customs Brokers to align shipment timelines with regulatory approvals
\nMonitor regulatory changes and assess impact on existing and new products
\nMaintain organized records of all regulatory activities, registrations, and imports
\nCoordinate responses to deficiency letters, regulatory questions, and inspection findings
\nRepresent the company during regulatory inspections and audits

\nQualifications<\/p>\n
BSc in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
\nExperience<\/p>\n
