The role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, patience, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Call Handling<\/p>\n
Handle inbound and outbound communications professionally.

\nMaintain updated knowledge of company procedures and policies.

Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
