Main Responsibility & Duties<\/p>\n
A Real Estate Sales Consultant, or Property Consultant, provides clients with assistance throughout the buying and selling process of properties. A Real Estate Sales Consultant to negotiate the best deals for the clients and to facilitate the process of buying a property. Their day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
\nPreparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
\nAssessing a client\u2019s property needs
\nConducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
\nAnalyzing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients
\nShowing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
\nDeveloping and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client\u2019s properties
\nResponsible for identifying potential customers.
\nRegular Updating and Reporting of Sales Statues
\nActively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
\nAcquisition of new clients
\nConvince customers to purchase apartment from the company.
\nConsistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team\/organizational goals.
\nPromote the company\u2019s good will for prospect customers
\nEnsure that day to day activities are based on the company manual and procedure and make sure that are followed.

\nQualification<\/p>\n
Educational Qualification:<\/p>\n
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management Civil Engineering and other Related Field of study
\nWork\u00a0Experiences:<\/p>\n
2 years and above at Similar Position
\nTechnical Competency<\/p>\n
Patience and interpersonal skills
\nExcellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients
\nAbility to deliver high-quality customer service
