Role Overview<\/p>\n
The fleet Manager is responsible to manage our trucking operation<\/p>\n
Manage daily fleet operation and dispatch
\nTrack all trips \/ departure, transit and arrival\/
\nControl fuel usage and reduce transport cost per MT
\nSupervise and manage drivers
\nMonitor KPS\/ Cost delays utilization efficiency\/
\nManage Cross boarder transport operations

\nQualification<\/p>\n
Bachelor Degree \/ MA\/ by Transport Management, Logistics, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
\n3-5yrs experience in fleet \/ transport\/ management
\nExperience with truck operations\/ preferably in Cross Boarder truck operation\/
\nStrong understanding of fuel cost per MT and logistics efficiency
\nStrong Excel \/ Reporting\/ Skills
\nAbility to Manage drivers and field operations
