We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven\u00a0Sales Manager\u00a0to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Addis Ababa.<\/p>\n
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion.<\/p>\n

Develop and implement effective sales strategies
\nLead, coach, and motivate the sales team
\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities
\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships
\nMonitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
\nCollaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion<\/p>\n

Proven experience in sales management and business development

\nNegotiation and problem-solving skills
\nFamiliarity with the real estate industry is highly desirable
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
\nExperience with CRM software is an advantage
\nExperience Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the real estate industry
