About the Job
\nManage project coordination, including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Video, and webcast presentations for internal and external meetings
\nGenerates, runs, and formats reports\/spreadsheets in Excel
\nPrepare and process all accounting forms, including check requests, purchase requisitions, initiative forms, invoice statements, and other related forms
\nAssist clients with questions about sales and marketing
\nAnalyzing internal and external sales data to find trends and patterns
\nUsing data to prepare sales forecasts
\nCreating sales reports
\nTracking performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
\nWorking closely with the sales and marketing teams
\nWorking with stakeholders to understand sales objectives
\nMonitoring pricing strategies
\nProviding actionable insights for data-driven decision-making
\nAbout You
\n2 years and above, related working experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree BA in Business and related studies<\/p>\n
Work experience in customer service or sales admin is Preferable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
